Tuesday was a good day for the Sevilla FC players on international duty. Despite Koundé not featuring for France due to his suspension, Thomas Delaney and Nemanja Gudelj both rounded off the international break with a win and a draw respectively as they continued to compete for a place in the 2022 World Cup.

Thomas Delaney made his international debut as a Sevilla FC player with a win against Denmark after being selected in the starting XI and playing the whole 90 minutes against Israel (5-0). The midfielder also scored the fourth goal of the game for his country, and the win maintains their position at the top of Group F with 18 points.

Nemanja Gudelj also played the whole game for Serbia in their draw against Ireland (1-1) which leaves Dragan Stojković's team in second position in Group A with 11 points from 5 games.
