Sevilla FC Sporting Director, Monchi, assessed the Europa League Round of 16 draw which pit us against West Ham: "All of the eight teams are tough but there was a difference with Lyon and West Ham at the top and Leverkusen just below that. We have been drawn against maybe the toughest team in the draw - they're an organised team and are having a great season in the Premier League. They have talented, technical, and physical, players. We haven't been very lucky but all draws can go this way and we have to look towards the match with optimism."

Monchi went on to speak about the importance we have in this competition and took a look back on other matches we have played against Premier League teams: "I'm sure the two teams they wouldn't have wanted were Barcelona and ourselves. I don't think they'll have liked the draw very much either. It's a good tie - worthy of the quality of the Europa League. It brings back memories of the tie against Tottenham with Kanouté's brace when we went on to win our second Europa League. Matches against Arsenal, Chelsea... We've played some big teams in London. It will be a great experience, it's the home of football and it will be a good test for us."

To finish up, he discussed the removal of the away goal rule in Europe: "I thought it was going to have a bigger effect in terms of injury time and penalties, but there were only two. I don't think it changes too much, or as much as I thought it would."
