BACK IN TRAINING AT THE CIUDAD DEPORTIVA

After a week-long holiday following on from the match against FC Barcelona, the first-team squad were back in training on Tuesday evening ahead of their return to competitive action. The team have six days until their next LaLiga Santander fixture, a trip to the Nuevo Mirandilla on Monday night to face Cádiz CF.

Due to a rise in COVID-19 cases, the club took stricter measures than usual to prevent an outbreak, meaning that the players trained across three different pitches at the training ground. Club President José Castro, Vice President José María del Nido Carrasco and Sporting Director Monchi were present at the session. The team will train again tomorrow morning.
