Youssef En-Nesyri made a perfect start to the Africa Cup of Nations. Our forward was central to Morocco's victory in the Ivory Coast on Wednesday, when Group F of the competition got underway. Morocco overcame Tanzania in a dominant display in San Pedro, in a meeting that was topped off by En-Nesyri who converted well from Hakimi's pass just ten minutes before the final whistle. He then made way for Marseille midfielder Amine Harit.
In the first half, Saiss had set Morocco on the road to victory before Ounahi doubled their advantage in the 77th minute. En-Nesyri and his team now lead the group ahead of tonight's fixture between Congo and Zambia, with Morocco's next match scheduled for Sunday at 15:00 CET against Congo.
