QUIQUE: "IT WAS REALLY IMPORTANT TO GET THAT WINNING FEELING AGAIN"

Our head coach, Quique Sánchez Flores, was able to celebrate his birthday with three points at Vallecas: "I've been a coach for many years and I've had many matches on my birthday. Some I've lost, some I've won. I didn't dare make a big deal to the players because a birthday is not as significant as what was at stake, but fortunately we managed to win and we're happy because it was very important to get our spirits and confidence back up."
