Xavi García Pimienta the work of his players to earn a draw at Getafe on Saturday, although he recognises that they could have won a bigger prize: "We knew what kind of game we were walking into and the opponent we had in front of us. I think we were very solid defensively, conceding very little against a team that creates chances out of nothing. We were consistent at the back and offensively we should have done more, but it was difficult because Getafe pressed very hard. Towards the end, we had some counter-attacks, like the one led by Lukebakio, that would have created more danger if we made better decisions. Dodi is a specialist in these type of moves and it went just wide. It's important to keep a clean sheet and to keep growing. They have players who are strong in the air and at going for second balls, but we were solid and I'm happy because the players gave their all."

The coach was asked about Chidera Ejuke coming off, as well as the debut of Akor Adams: "We knew that Ejuke could generate danger in one-on-ones if the game broke down or if Getafe pressed more. So It wasn't easy to go forward once he had come off. It was especially tough for Akor, but he won aerial balls and made it difficult for the Getafe defence. It was difficult because the game was coming to the end and everything was open. He had only been with us for two training sessions so we are very happy with him."

Once again, our supporters silenced the home fans at the Coliseum: "The fans haven't stopped cheering. They always believe in the team and hopefully next Sunday we can give them a victory. It will be a very difficult game against a high-quality opponent [FC Barcelona], but we have to make use of our strengths, of which there are many, and minimise theirs. Luckily, we have the whole week to prepare for this next match."
