Nolito admitted after victory in the Getafe Coliseum that Sevilla's opponents dominated for long periods of the game, but declared the team always knew to wait for chances: "Getafe played really well. It could well have been a draw, and every team has their philosophy. We weren't as comfortable as we would have liked, but there will always be games like that and probably worse. We had to play our game, competing and always looking for three points".
The international break will serve as a rest and will help strengthen concepts that have been worked on at the start of the season: "We have to improve, those of us who are left need to get fit, build confidence and get ready, because a lot of tough games are coming up. We need to trust each other".
On an individual level, everything is going as he expected: "I'm happy to have played 90 minutes, I'm getting better every day and I feel happy here, like a part of the team. I try to do my best for the team when I play, but the important thing is that the team picks up three points".
