THE REMOVAL OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT THE 2023 AGM IS REJECTED

In relation to item 1 on the agenda of the 2023 Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of Sevilla FC, an individual vote was carried out regarding the dismissal of the members of the Board of Directors, with the exception of the three who have proportional representation rights as part of the minority group: José María del Nido Carrasco, Jorge Marín Granados, and Enrique de la Cerda Cisneros.

The vote recorded a majority of around 65% to reject the motion to remove seven members of the Board of Directors: Francisco Guijarro Raboy, Gabriel Ramos Longo, Luis Castro Carmona, Carolina Alés Matador, Jesús Carrión Amate, Fernando Carrión Amate, and José Castro Carmona.

As the removal of the directors did not take place, items 2 and 3 on the agenda, concerning the appointment of new members of the Board of Directors and the delegation of powers, were rendered null. Consequently, the president adjourned the session, expressing gratitude for the shareholders' attendance.
