ANOTHER SEASON HOPING FOR GOOD FORTUNE AMONGST THE BEST

Sevilla FC - in Pot Two for the Champions League Draw this Thursday evening - will avoid PSG, Borussia Dortmund, Porto, Manchester City and Manchester United

For the third consecutive year, a feat which only FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid and Deportivo La Coruña have achieved, Sevilla FC will be in the Champions League Group Stage Draw this Thursday. The Nervión side, which has the sixth highest UEFA coefficient ranking, will be in Pot Two alongside FC Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund, Porto, Manchester City and Manchester United.

Sevilla FC's future opponents, by consequence, will be in Pot One – barring Real Madrid, which cannot be drawn - Pot Three and Pot Four. The teams who make up these pots are as follows. Pot One: Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus, Benfica, Monaco, Spartak Moscow and Shaktar Donestsk. Pot Three: Napoli, Tottenham, FC Basel, Olympiakos, Anderlecht, Liverpool, Roma and Besiktas. Pot Four: Celtic, CSKA Moscow, Sporting Lisbon, APOEL, Feyenoord, Maribor, Qarabag and Leizpig.

The draw will take place at 18:00pm at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco and will be transmitted live in Spanish on SFC Radio. Sports Director, Óscar Arias, Sevilla FC legal advisor and UEFA liaison officer, Jesús Arroyo, and Head of Communications Jesús Gómez, will represent the club at the prestigious event.
