ANTONIO HIDALGO: "THE PLAYERS KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO ALL OF THE TIME"

Antonio Hidalgo, manager of Sevilla Atlético, analysed his team's victory against Polideportivo El Ejido: "The truth is that we are being more clinical in the opposition's box. The match was a game of two halves. We had Valentino's effort that looked like it was a fair effort. We know that they could not hold us back for too long. We were totally dominant in the second half.'

"Being ruthless in attack is very important. The number of chances that we have had in the second half was enough to win the game. We suffered a lot in the first half where we practically did not have the ball. They worked very hard. It was crucial we kept on going and did not change our mindset", the coach said.

Hidalgo emphasised the work of all of his players: "The lads know what they have to do all the time. The players who started were extraordinary. They are three very important points for us but we need to keep on going as we are not in a good place in the table."

On the other hand, Hidalgo encouraged his players to keep on believing: "We have to believe, knowing that there are going to be difficult moments as we experienced at points in the game today. We have to trust the talent at our disposal, using it for the team with maximum effort which is to run, fight and be together. Without this, nothing is possible." 

"We know that we are getting stronger. We have a game next week which, for the first time in a while, will be the first when we step out onto the pitch with everything in our hands regarding our standing in the table. We have taken a big step forward but we have to keep on winning, competing and knowing that we can hurt any opponent", the coach highlighted.
