Cristian Toro spoke to the media after the draw against Deportivo Alavés. The boss got straight into discussing the game and said "I feel the same way the girls do, I feel in the first half we were better than our opponents. We had to be up to the task. We also soaked up some pressure as well, Chamorro made the difference for them, but it was also their defensive shape and the way the midfield was set up... Our team was up to the task and I hope this point helps us to carry on improving and competing. We could have finished them off in the first half, but at the end of the day it is a point we must appreciate at a tough place to visit." Toro went on to talk about the team's attitude: "After what went down on Wednesday, today we seemed as though we wanted it more from start to finish. It is important that we make ourselves noticed, how we have to go about things and to not forget where we have come from...even when we win three games, we don't think we were going win it all, just like when we lose two games, we don't think we are going to lose it all. We are aware that this season is a strange one, but the team is competing, working hard and putting in a lot of effort."

In closing, Toro spoke about next weekend's game in the capital: "We are going to play Atlético de Madrid, this is a team that is up there with the rest like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad... it's a tough place to go but we want to go and compete, work hard and put in the effort against a team that  requires and aspires to be playing Champions League football."

Nazareth: "We have faced up to the challenge from start to finish"

Nazareth commented that "it's an important point after two games without one. We have faced up to the challenge from start to finish, we competed well and all of us were fighting for every ball. Now it's time to think about Madrid and give it our all." The defender from Aracena,  who had a great game in the centre of defence, also spoke about her form: "I feel very good, I came here with the idea that I had to win every ball and I'm happy with my performance. Now it's time to keep this up because Atlético are one of our most difficult teams to face in this league, but if we follow on from this draw next weekend, we can hope for a positive outcome."
