JESÚS NAVAS NAMED IN SPAIN'S SQUAD FOR EURO 2024

Jesús Navas has been included in Luis de la Fuente's 26-man Spain squad for EURO 2024 in Germany. The club captain is one of the two right-backs named in the squad, alongside Dani Carvajal. Spain are in Group B alongside Albania, Croatia and Italy and have two pre-tournament friendlies against Andorra and Northern Ireland respectively. 

Navas played at the 2010 World Cup and the 2012 European Championships, wining consecutive titles, as well as the 2013 Confederations Cup. He also won the 2023 Nations League. In total he has played 51 games for the Spanish national team, scoring five goals and making ten assists, becoming the only player to have ever won the World Cup, European Championships and Nations League and oldest-ever Spain international.
