Jorge Paradela, born in Seville in 1967, will join Sevilla FC in July as General Business Manager, including the area of Marketing. Paradela had been Heineken's General Director for Corporate Relations in Europe. He has his degree in Economics and Business from the University of Sevilla, and sought further qualifications in INSEAD (Fontainebleau), Wharton (Philadelphia), PDMA (California), IESE and San Telmo Business School.
Working for Heineken since 2000, Paradela has performed many roles at the international company. He has worked as Director of Innovation, General Director for the Canary Islands, Sale's Director in Western Andalusia, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Corporate Relations for Spain, and, since 2018, he has been the Head of Corporate Relations for Europe, as well as being the President of the Cruzcampo Foundation from April 2015 to December 2020.
He will join his new role in July
Additionally, he is a founding member of Multinationals by Marca España and he was president of the Corporate Social Responsibility Commission for the Confederation of Andalusian Entrepreneurs and the first president of Dircom in the region. Paradela also sponsors food banks in Seville. With Paradela arriving in this new role of General Business Manager and presiding over various departments, the Club continues to look to grow their development in different areas of the business world.
