JOSÉ CASTRO: "I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT COMES FROM THAT WE ARE CONFORMISTS; WE ALWAYS LOOK UP"

The Sevilla FC president José Castro, as has always been the tradition prior to the pandemic, spoke to the media after he had made a floral offering on behalf of Sevilla at the San Benito brotherhood in the La Calzada neighbourhood. "Thanks to God, after two years of not being able to come, normality has returned. Moving on to football, José Castro said that "the most important thing is health and from this successes will come. This year we have been unlucky with injuries. On the team's position in the league and the upcoming visit of Real Madrid, the president commented that "we have lost second place because of the six or seven games that we haven't won - that is the reality. We have missed players, we have lacked that final bit of quality sometimes, and there have been refereeing mistakes. But we have a good team and we can get can back there. I am convinced that we can win on Sunday. They always have this game in their diary as one of the most difficult. I trust the players a lot. They are really important to me and they perform well. I hope that the refereeing decisions are correct so that we all have the same chances. Looking at others is to lose a bit of spirit and force. You always have to look up."
