JOSÉ CASTRO “HAPPY CARRIÇO WILL CONTINUE REPRESENTING SEVILLA FC”

The Chairman of Sevilla FC, José Castro, did not hide his satisfaction after the renewal of Daniel Carriço, a player he described as "emblematic".

"We're very happy because Daniel will be here until 2020. He is a crucial player in understanding the success we've had in the past years. He didn't start in three Europa League finals for nothing."

“Captain," he said directly to Carriço, "we are very happy you'll continue to represent Sevilla FC, it's an enormous pleasure for us and I hope you have many more years as a footballer here. Not just so you can progress as a footballer, but so the club can continue growing”.
