A delegation of ten coaches from the Polish second division club MZKS Chrobry Glogon, from the city of Glogovia, have received comprehensive training from the Sevilla FC Innovation Center at the facilities of the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios. As part of the Erasmus+ Project, these professionals have spent three days in Seville getting to know first-hand the working philosophy of the club in terms of the Academy.
The training consisted of theoretical and practical classes, watching training sessions and matches, all under the supervision of the heads of different areas and youth teams of the club. Coaches such as Paco Gallardo, Carlos Marchena, Alejandro Acejo and Lolo Rosano interacted with the Polish delegation, who were also in contact with other areas of the club such as Psychology and Methodology in order to exchange knowledge. With this project, Sevilla FC is committed to the development of its professionals and to the globality of sports professionals, focusing on the individual as the driving force behind business innovation.
