JOSÉ ÁNGEL CARMONA CALLED UP BY SPAIN UNDER-21S

In the end, three of our players will be included in the Spain Under-21s squad for the international break. Kike Salas and Juanlu were named in the original squad on Friday with José Ángel Carmona being called up as a late injury replacement last night. He has been included alongside Álex Valle for Santi Denia's squad for the injured duo of Hugo Bueno and Matías Fernández-Pardo respectively. 

Over the international break, Spain Under-21s face two friendlies in preparation for the UEFA European Under-21 Championship which will take place in June in Slovakia. On Friday they will face the Czech Republic at 19:30 CET at the Estadio Francisco Artés Carrasco de Lorca, then on Tuesday 25 March ,they face Germany in Darmstadt at 20:30 CET.
