Isaac Romero received a very warm welcome this Sunday back in his home town of Lebrija. During the LaLiga break, Club Atlético Antoniano, who play in the Segunda RFEF with Sevilla Atlético, paid homage to Isaac before their match against Águilas FC at the Estadio Municipal de Lebrija.
Our striker was presented with commemorative plaques from both CA Antoniano and the 'Monchi Supporters' Club', who are based in Lebrija. He was also given a shirt from the team that he used to play for before joining our academy. Representatives from the club and from local authorities were present, such as María Teresa Ganfornina from the sporting department of the Lebrija Town Council. CA Antoniano President, Juan Antonio Romero, was there with our President José María del Nido Carrasco, as well as Pablo Blanco, Agustín López and Marcos Gallego, who are all part of our academy set up.
Without a doubt, Isaac deserves this recognition. He's very proud of his home town and regularly pays a visit. To conclude the homage paid by CA Antoniano, Isaac was given a guard of honour by their academy players.
