Adrià Pedrosa, Lucien Agoumé and Loïc Badé reflected on our loss at home to FC Barcelona as the league campaign drew to a close. Discussing the match, as well as the season overall, Pedrosa admitted that "we wanted to finish with a joy for the fans for having supported us so much. We had chances and it's a shame we couldn't make them count. It's been a rollercoaster, there have been many changes over the season... We have to reflect and we have to pick ourselves up because this club deserves more than what we've done this year."
Meanwhile, central midfielder Agoumé commented that "we started well and created chances, but we didn't finish them. The first half was good and the second half less so. Next season we have to learn from all this year's mistakes." Discussing his own role in the team, he was in a reflective mood: "I've spent six months learning here in Sevilla, at a big club in a beautiful city. Everyone has been very good to me and I've been happy, so let's see what happens in the next few months."
To close, Badé offered some words of wisdom: "It's been complicated but we tried to make things happen as we wanted to make our fans happy. Now we have to focus on next year and try to do much more. We can always do more and we have to work for it. We cannot relax - football is tough."
