2-0: 18 MINUTES FOR TECATITO AS MEXICO CONFIRM THEIR PLACE AT THE WORLD CUP AGAINST EL SALVADOR

In the early hours of the morning, Tecatito Corona confirmed his place at the 2022 Qatar World Cup with Mexico. Mexico, who had practically sealed qualification after beating Honduras at the start of the week, made sure of their place with a convincing 2-0 win against El Salvador. 

The versatile Sevilla played the final 18 minutes of the game after coming on for Alexis Vega. Gerardo Martino's side dominated against El Salvador with goals from Uriel Antuna and Raúl Jiménez before half time.
